Arc Designs is a Gibraltar-based architectural practice, working on projects of all types and scales.
From inception to completion, we believe in working closely with our clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their priorities, tailoring our services to suit in order to deliver bespoke design solution in an efficient and professional manner.
We believe that design and construction should form part of one seamless process, and that it is our role to help clients at every step of the way towards creating buildings that fulfill and exceed their expectations.
Our staff include members of several professional bodies, including COA Cadiz, the Architects Registration Board and the Royal Institute of British Architects; and their respective codes of conduct and project framework form the basis of our own management policies and project organisation.

We can produce and test initial design options for client consideration, assessing the viability and cost-effectiveness of different proposals prior to further design development.
We can produce 3D imagery and montages for marketing and building application purposes, helping to create conceptual or photorealistic images to describe a project.
We can assess the condition of existing sites or buildings and carry out full measured surveys; often the first step required before assessing the future use or planning of a premises.
We can liaise with public authorities, contractors and other consultants to take over the administrative role of a project on behalf of our clients, including overseeing the construction process to ensure a timely delivery and on-going quality assurance during building works.
We can compile and submit all the drawings and documentation necessary to seek town planning and building control approval for proposed building works.
We can develop different design options, comparing and contrasting the pros and cons of each and thus assist our clients in deciding how best to progress with a proposed scheme.
